Surface Tension

Levron Aerogel felt has super hydrophobic properties and a surface tension of 5 din/cm².
In this experiment, we observed how low the surface tension is and tested the effect of this tension with weights.
20 grams of Levron Felt can support 320 grams of weight.

The Lifshitz-van der Waals/acid-base approach can be used to calculate the surface free energy of Levron Aerogel.
This method allows to calculate the polar and non-polar components of the surface free energy of Levron Aerogel.
This calculation is important to better understand the surface properties of the material and to optimize its performance in various applications.
