Fire Resistance

Levron Aerogel Felt is used for thermal insulation as well as fire resistance.
In this video, Levron Aerogel Felt’s fire resistance capability is compared with glass wool and rock wool.

In the experiment, 5 cm rock wool, 4 cm glass wool and 2 cm Levron Aerogel Felt (glass wool based) were exposed to 1000°C flame.
Rock wool and glass wool completed their tasks at 9 minutes.
At the 9th minute, they completed their tasks by leaving a gap.
Levron Aerogel Felt, on the other hand, maintained its durability despite the constant interaction with the flame and the experiment was stopped at this stage.

This experiment shows that Levron Aerogel Felt can provide fire insulation with a much thinner layer.
In addition, Levron Aerogel Felt has a longer lifespan than traditional materials and offers more effective fire insulation.
